1. General Terms
1.1 Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of granolacrunch.in (the "Website") and your purchase of products from Granola Crunch. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

2. Products and Pricing
2.1 Product Information
We make every effort to display our products accurately, including ingredients, nutritional information, and images. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content on the Website are accurate, complete, or error-free.
2.2 Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes (GST). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time you complete your order.
2.3 Product Availability
We bake fresh weekly in small batches. Products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a refund or substitute product.
2.4 Allergen Information
Our granola contains nuts (almonds, peanuts depending on flavor), oats, and is made in a facility that processes tree nuts, dairy, and soy. If you have food allergies, please read ingredient lists carefully before ordering. We are not liable for allergic reactions resulting from consumption of our products.
3. Orders and Payments
3.1 Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase products from us. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. Order confirmation emails do not constitute acceptance of your order.
3.2 Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. Payment must be received before we dispatch your order, except for COD orders.
3.3 Payment Security
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your complete credit/debit card information on our servers.
3.4 Cash on Delivery
COD is available on orders above ₹499. A COD fee of ₹50 may apply. You must pay the delivery person the exact amount due in cash at the time of delivery.
3.5 Order Modifications
Once an order is placed, you cannot modify it. If you need to change your order, contact us immediately at care@heirloomharvest.in. We will try to accommodate changes before the order is dispatched, but cannot guarantee it.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Shipping Areas
We currently ship within India. Shipping times and costs vary by location. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹499.
4.2 Delivery Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 2-5 business days of order confirmation. Delivery times depend on your location and our courier partners, typically 3-7 business days after dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.
4.3 Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for non-delivery or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
4.4 Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date. We will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
5.1 Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or consumed products unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
5.2 Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@heirloomharvest.in with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.
5.3 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer (you must provide bank details).
5.4 Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us at [your email]. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse delivery, you will be responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund.
5.5 Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, dietary preferences, or taste preferences. Please read product descriptions and ingredient lists carefully before ordering.
6. Product Safety and Liability
6.1 Food Safety
Our products are made in a small-batch kitchen that follows food safety standards. However, we do not guarantee that our products are suitable for all individuals. Consume at your own risk.
6.2 Age Restrictions
Some of our products (e.g., Mocha Almond Granola) contain caffeine and may not be suitable for young children. Parents should supervise children when consuming our products, especially those under 5 years old, due to choking hazards from nuts and clusters.
6.3 Storage and Freshness
Products should be stored in a cool, dry place in an airtight container. We are not responsible for product quality issues resulting from improper storage after delivery.
6.4 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Granola Crunch and its owners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or Website, including but not limited to allergic reactions, illness, or injury. Our total liability to you for any claim related to our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

All content on this Website, including text, images, logos, product names, recipes, and designs, is the property of Granola Crunch or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
