Granola Crunch – Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy
1. RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
At Granola Crunch (Heirloom Harvest LLP), we take great care to ensure your products reach you in perfect condition.
Since our products are fresh, consumable food items, we do not accept returns once a purchase has been made.
However, we are happy to offer a full replacement in the following cases:
✔ If the product is damaged in transit ✔ If the product is incorrect ✔ If the product is expired or spoiled upon arrival
To request a replacement, please contact us via email or WhatsApp with photos/videos as proof of damage.
Replacements are issued only after validation by our customer support team.
Replacement Eligibility Window
You must raise the concern within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Requests received after 10 days from delivery will not be eligible for replacement.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only when:
● A replacement is not possible, or
● The product is out of stock
If approved, refunds will be made to the original mode of payment within 5–10 working days. 2. CANCELLATION POLICY
Before Shipping
You may cancel your order any time before it is shipped. You can check your order status in the “My Account” section.
After Shipping
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is still possible, but a ₹200 cancellation fee will be charged.
This fee helps compensate for forward & reverse logistics costs charged by courier partners.
To cancel after dispatch, please contact our support team.
Refund for cancelled orders (after deduction of the cancellation fee, if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
